http://www.cbssports.com Georgia's coach recently apologized for his team's excessive celebration following a touchdown last week. Tim Brando and Spencer Tillman discuss the Bulldog's actions, exclusively for CBSSports.com
I (kind of) understood why it was done, but I didn't like it. Yes partly b/c I'm a Gators fan, but also the NCAA is so inconsistent with their rules regarding celebrations.
I don't mind a celebration by a team or player(s) on the field at the time, but when you start allowing for player to come off the sidelines to celebrate it CAN go wrong in a hurry. If this was any other sport 3/4 if not the whole team would have been suspended for the next game.
