Although this video is very good. Cromwell is always portrayed as some dull bore who banned everything fun. Although a lot of this is indeed true, people forget that Cromwell was actually a revolutionary man who changed England forever. Never again after him would the monarch have absolute power, there would always be a democratic parliment in which all of the monarch's descisions would be argued and the fairest option for the people would be the one passed by the MPs.
