@Dawgmeatt You. Kindly shut the fuck up. You can only do so much over the internet, you know.

Yet another reason why I don't support Warner music or the Time/Warner cable network.

The U.S. Copyright Extension Act states that any work published before January 1, 1978 is protected for a period of 75 years from the date of first publication, regardless of the production area, both state-States or any other jurisdiction. In addition, all works published after 1 January 1978 are protected for a period of 95 years from the date of first publication.
Therefore, any work published after 1936 will not be considered public domain registry in the United States.

This is going to start a War against WMG! They are an evil. greedy company that only care about controlling every bit of music and movies they can! We really don't have FREEDOM on You Tube because of WMG. Just look at your friends list... see all those blank channels? Most of that is caused by WMG!

FUCK IT. LET THEM HAVE IT. None of you chumps are gonna get up off your ass to try and change shit. You're only going to continue bitching to your computer screens.

ATTENTION YOUTUBERS, IN retaliation I suggest EVERYONE make a new account and flood it with his speech!
Make as MANY copies as possible, they can't fucking do this to a man with a vision to make the world a better place.

the "king estate" ?
who the fuck is that?
his family?
whoever they are they should be fucking ashamed of themselves. its amazingly sick to restrict the message of the man they represen to ...paying customers.
seriously, if mlk is watching them he is shaking his head.
But why isn't this public domain? This is history! Not some kind of song! This is a man giving one of the most inspiring speeches man has ever heard. I wonder what's WMG's excuse...

yeah if there is anything that should be in public domain it should be the original footage and audio of the speech.
