We'll always need artists. Perhaps one day we'll get artificial life that competes with us on every scale - but it is a tool, like a paint brush or photoshop. You still need the artist behind the technology to create.

ohright, great...well lol sounds like an expensive but effective tool...what about developing a airbrush/spray can version of this...set a laptop up and type dimensions of the image you want to create...load up different colours and it paints it for you. On the other hand, graffiti is an art technique so i dont know lol...sorry for the confusion!
