  • @acrow11 I used the light corn syrup just this evening because the store had run out of dark. Because of that, I just used dark brown sugar instead of light to compensate. Turned out great!

  • I like to melt some chocolate almond bark and smear it over the top of my pie after the pie has cooled off for 30 minutes. When the chocolate almond bark cools it forms a layered coating of chocolate over the pie.
