this video is 2 years old and was painted like a year or more before that.. we didn't have Avero anywhere in town back then

BTW, I've used both and they both suck sometimes and work great sometimes.. I do like the color choices in avero better though

a) Purchasing a short-barreled rifle is accomplished by filing a BATFE Form 4, Application for Tax Paid Transfer and Registration of a Firearm, and paying a $200 tax.

b) A short-barreled rifle must be transferred by a Class 3 SOT dealer.
