Having spent that last 10 years working in IT and have reloaded a 1,000 pcs with different operating systems ('98, NT, XP, Linux) ~ I cannot see any similarity between the human mind and an "operating system".
If you wanna get off your head - just do it and enjoy it.
Please don't try to justify it by listening to this rubbish. If you want to "upgrade" yourself - read more books and ask more questions.
This sounds like the ramblings of madman with a Tangerine Dream track in the background!

So what he is saying is that our experiences, thoughts and philosophies are based upon states of mind? that social conditioning determine these states of mind and that we should all take control and determine our own states of consciousness/mind?
this is VERY interesting stuff!!
Im thinking...so all the time that buddhists spend meditating and so forth they are undergoing a slow process of changing their own "software"!?? Thankyou for uploading this :D
