In the Caribbean, 480 miles south of Miami lies Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac, and Little Cayman, three beautiful islands that are the "Cayman Islands"
A British overseas territory that is just heaven on earth, turquoise waters, white sand beaches, palm trees and that certain "je ne sais qua" that makes these islands the preferred destination for the more discerning traveller.
In fact the standard of living in the Cayman Islands is generally regarded as the highest in the region.
Listen out for the song birds and parrots - maybe spot a green sea turtle crawling up the beach and of course there is some of the best diving in the world.
The marine life is just astounding and never ceases to amaze not only the divers but also snorkelers and casual swimmers.
Kass Coleman fell in love with these idyllic Islands in 1986 -- Kass founded Beach Castles a RE/MAX franchise and it's difficult to find a more professional, thorough and knowledgeable person when it comes to do with anything related to real estate in the Cayman Islands.
If you are considering buying a property then make sure you contact Beachcastles -- 89% of their business is from referrals and recommendations so you can rest assured you will be in good hands.

Beautiful beaches, modern lifestyle on a Caribbean island, but expensive to live there unless you make over $100, 000CI a year ($130,000USD).
