Have been unfortunate to visit this airport. It should be renamed into "Shit-hole"..
All flights are delayed, and the staff are useless, and they do not want to help you.. don't give a shit .... and the immigration officers are complete bastards.....

No wayy man! I love Amsterdam!! Amazing airport w/ lots of things to do. At least better than our Kiev airport where upon arrival they don't have free carts (I'm sure you know). Carts are like couple of cents and can only be paid for in local currency. Information center there is pretty useless. in short, staff there are RUDE, starting from the immigration officers. Welcome to Ukraine!
