but I lived this tragedy recently I was working for one of the big companies in Quebec
suddenlly someone from the above managment decided to kick me out probably they did not like my name or my race.
they invented reasons to let me go without paying a termination and affected my reputation , however the problem if that attidute is encouraged by someone in aaaaa high managerial position then what can we do and how can we protect ourselves?

Actually, other countries have no-proselytizing laws that prosecute anyone talking about their religion to anyone who isn't interested. I think you can even go to jail. If any group even begins to assert that they are the only way and tries to cause trouble they are stopped. As long as they don't bother others they are free to do what they want.
