Google's newest mapping service, "Street View," gives Internet users a good look at neighborhoods in five major U.S. cities, but critics charge it is an invasion of privacy. Daniel Sieberg reports. (CBSNews.com)
@TheUnknownchicken The cars used to take the images were carrying the illegal devices. What the devices did was to tap into wi-fi networks, map them, record their loggin info, IP`s logged to it, email passwords and accounts being used on these networks where (illegaly) stocked onto hard drives. They claim to have 600Gigabytes of personal information. So how big a file is a record of an IP address, acount numbers and its password? Do the math. Thats a shitload of info.
If it's in the "PUBLIC", how is it a privacy problem??

You step outside you belong to the world. Stay inside and hide, you have privacy. What are you hiding?.
