my biggest qualm with her is her "support for our military" which translates into not cutting military spending --which would entail scaling back the American Empire. Sadly Noem is just another globalist shill. The military isn't about fighting for freedom. It is about growing a fascist military global power. How about leaving Afghanistan, a place where we have no business.. but wait.. yes we do... to traffick heroin.

@JMillion She's not using them for political reasons. She's just stating the truth. The troops don't get paid on a goverment shut down. They need to figure something out because not paying the troops is wrong. It's my friend's choice if he wants to be in the army. He wants to serve his country. He'll decide when he wants to work for the private sector. I don't really know his financial situation. He may have money saved but its still morally wrong to not pay our troops.

@weirdoscherich Maybe not a war monger but anybody who invokes the troops and their families for political reasons should be ashamed of themselves. Her #1 reason, the reason she is being interviewed by Greta on FOX News and she says we can't shut down the gov't because we have to keep paying our troops? That's it. That's the reason. The troops. She said it. Sorry your friend is financially unstable. Has he ever thought of getting a job in the private sector? Goodluck!

@JMillion A war monger? How is she a war monger? She just wants to make sure that our troops get paid. I have a friend who is married to a soldier. She can't work because she is disabled. They live on his pay check. It would be tough for them if he didn't get paid. Don't even go there!

How about a spending bill that doesn't include illegal wars or occupation of other countries! You think cutting entitlements is the way? You think public services should be a la carte? Private citizens paying for individual public services? Cops and Fire Departments is not Socialism!
