Speaker highlights from the Institute for Government's launch of its new report System Error: fixing the flaws in government IT on 2 March 2011.
Speakers included Government Chief Operating Officer Ian Watmore, IfG Senior Fellow Sir Ian Magee and founder of Skunkworks and DCLG and DCMS CIO Mark O'Neill.
The report sets out the case for a new approach to IT in the public sector.
