Twitter Tutorial 1: How to Follow People on Twitter

Steps:
1. Log into your Twitter account
2. Scroll to the bottom of page and look for Search.
3. Enter a specific keyword targeting the type of people you are seeking. For example: hiker or golfer or internet marketer. Then click Search.
4. Click on the profile photo of the person you wish to follow.
5. Click Follow to start following updates for this person.
6. You will receive a confirmation.
7. (Optional) If you wish to receive this persons updates by mobile phone, click Device Updates. Then choose On.
Note: You will need to have your mobile phone set up to receive updates. Click on Settings at top of page to set up your device.

or you can force someone to folow you all you type in is accept (there username on twitter then if you click onthe link it will say error but that means it work then you wait till the person accepts worked fo rme
