Perhaps the first thing you should do is educate your self about what it actually is.

In your last two comment you talked about a process that could more correctly be described as magic. Certainly not any biological process.

Just ponder, if evolution were as ridiculous as you described, doesn't it seem strange that people with a decade of education accept it to be true?
