In Ontario we now have workers wearing gloves, thank god. I was like 12 when I discovered they didn't wear gloves back there and I boycotted McDs for like 4 years.

ok depending on where you live health code does not require you to wear gloves when handling certain types of food, although employees must wash their hands regularly regardless if they are physically touching food or just taking money thats why she useing tongs to lift the meat patty. im a serv safe certified manager at a local mcdonalds and she wrapped the burger incorrectly it is not supposed to be wrapped corner to corner.

there are actually alot of fast food restaurants in america that dont wear them either and if i see someone making my food without a glove i bitch and tell them to make it again with a glove or i want my money back thats why i stand at the counter so i can see what the person is doing with my food
