Because I know a lot of people hasn't seen this legendary Andy Kaufman's performance, and I just recently managed to get my little greedy paws on it, I decided to upload it on YouTube so everyone can enjoy it.

The Carnegie Hall show took place at the beginning of April 1979. In the bio-pic Man on the Moon, this event was shown to be planned and performed after Kaufman was diagnosed with cancer, when in fact it took place almost 4 years before.

  • This is cool but sad at the same time. He had cancer and was trying to get people to like him again. An Amazing performance...

  • @ericallencurtis123 Andy didn't have cancer at that time, actually. You probably think so because of the MotM which set his Carnegie Hall performance to be after he was diagnosed with cancer, probably just to make the whole thing more dramatic :)

  • @ericallencurtis123 It's weird how a lot of people watch movies based in a real story and they think they just saw a freaking official biography lol

  • @ericallencurtis123 so... you just watched man on the moon, huh? lol.

  • Awesome when Rob stands up and takes his wig and mask off. Awesome moment!

  • @D0S81 ok

  • i think itwas class that robin williams was there the whole time on stage and noone knew

  • @ericallencurtis123 this was done 4 years prior to his diagnosis

  • @BoredInRuston I wrote that 3 months ago! What do you want me to say? Wow, you're so knowledgeable!!! Thank you for sprinkling your wisdom in a comment. If you were paying attention, you would see someone else has already corrected me 2 months ago! Feed your ego elsewhere and leave me be.

  • @ericallencurtis123 ... He wasn't diagnosed with cancer until more than 6 years after this performance...

  • @BoredInRuston the video
