  • Well when I was 18 going into college I wanted to get larger like many others on here. I was about 155-60 6'1 kinda like yourself. Myself and a few others did cycles at the same time, not going into details here but it was expensive to do it safe. Even though nothing is safe but I wasn't like the HS football jocks pumping down DBOL pills for a year straight. Did 2 and just ate like a feign. 20-23 I just kept a basic routine, lifting twice a week eating well. Still 200 +/- 5 and very happy.

  • legs, man, work on your legs...

  • your other muscles as well. Also try to lift weights that are challenging for 4-8 repetitions. Any weight that you can lift more than 10 times is going to do you well for endurance.

  • Don't let these internet bullies deter you. I guarantee more than half of these people would never say these things to someone's face. Keeping track of your progression is a great way to better see your results and to keep you motivated. Keep it up man!  I am an ectomorph like yourself, but I've been able to pack on the pounds through exercise and eating right. If you haven't all ready, get on those squats and deadlifts. The release of the testosterone from larger muscle groups will help..
