  • She doesn't do it right.. you make a crumb coat, chill the cake, then pipe on thick lines of frosting and smooth them down with a pastry spatula dipped in warm water to make it all smooth and pretty. but with my method, you don't really need a crumb coat.. trust me 30 10th graders could ice a cake my way and not have crumbs in the icing even with a chocolate cake.

  • im just gonna sat this, that is not a very good way to ice a cake, and its not smooth!

  • let it harden before you put more 'frosting' on it....hmm.
