I understand when you say that your mind is not with your will on weight loss. I've been there and actually still am. Our personal lives do interfere with our weight loss indeed. It's hard to sink all together, specially if things are emotional. But you seem to be a very strong person and I'm confident that you will overcome all that is going on with you and come back on this journey stronger as ever.

Faith my dear that's all you need. Faith in life and most important: yourself.
