Guy scams tourists on Las Vegas strip

Some old guy cons onlookers into giving up some cash in this old card game in which one tries to find the face card. This scammer in the white hat was near the Aria hotel on the Las Vegas strip. The girl in purple is his accomplice (she "wins" a hand). If you are visiting Vegas, watch out for these scammers!

@drummerjacob I've never been to Vegas. I'm from Australia although I do know a thing or two about three-card-monte. :) I thought the fact that it's a con game would be common knowledge but guess not given this vid. Vegas sounds a bit seedy the way you describe it

@8bobthebuilder have you ever been to vegas? theres way too much shit going on out there for a police to stop something like idiots giving their money to a guy. i told the biker police out on the strip one time that a prostitute was harassing me and they said, well did she touch you? i said no, theyre like ok well theres nothing we can do. and you know what, its illegal even to be a prostitute there in clark county, so just the mention of prostitute should have had them on it but no...its vegas

@kenji4861 ahh! That makes sense. I thought this stuff became extinct in like the 1980s because everyone learnt that this is a hustler's game and that you can never win. I'd be very surprised if people actually play and think that they can win.

Is that the same old stupid trick on speed. Guy has 3 cards and one is marked so u must pick that card and he moves them real fast. I played that when I was a kid. Saw many adults lose their money because hand eye coordination was off and slow. If u play fast first person shooters, or any game that requires fast thinking and reaction u will win most of the time. Its a slight of hand. I never bet but I would win just by watching when I was like 7 just an example. Back in Russia was popular scam.
