You can ride your kids to school. My boy's first trial of his headcam, riding through the morning traffic of Bath Buildings, Cheltenham Road and Zetland Road to school. He now does it with almost no instruction - good checking behind and steady on the hills. Normally I'm just behind and out a bit to offer some protection and direction if needed.
Deceptively, the most dangerous part is near the end when cars squeeze past at greater speed where a pedestrian island narrows the road.
First thing to change in England, go on the right side of the road.
