if you have skimmed walls i don't see the need for wall paper. I always thought wall paper was for people who could not afford to have rough walls skimmed. Honestly wall paper just looks horrible and is not a pro choice. It gives that musty smell near radiators from the heat. HOrrible tacy stuff
