I lived in Spokane when this sign-off was used. Same opening message as the previous sign-off, but now with new video, new SSB and no greeting from Ron Harris wishing us a pleasant good night. This was used for about 2 years before it got retooled. The SSB video featured here was used, from about this date, for about 16 years until Q6 went 24/7.
