Talk to any experienced operator. The SAS are excellent at counterterrorism ops (got practice against the IRA) and tactical strikes.
Delta (which is modeled off of SAS counterterrorist units) plucks the best from every branch, (normally Special Ops, but exceptions are made). They do have many former ops from SEAL Team 6 as well as First Recon, CCTs, and GBs.
SEALs are mainly marine tactical, which is more SBS territory.
