yeah this is definitely Orthodox, its the Engomia (Greek: εγκώμια), or lamentations and it takes place on Holy Friday night...to my knowledge I don't think there is a melody like the Engomia in the Catholic Easter services....
Catholics do have huge processions for around Holy Week with huge brass bands (see Latin America especially).
I never knew Orthodox church does processions like this too. Very awesome. But you know, in Catholic Latin American processions, since type of rhythm is not utilized so you are probably right, it is Orthodox. I never heard something like this in Catholic ones.
I think the author made a mistake. I am pretty sure this is a Catholic Good Friday procession. In Latin America, they utilize brass bands, playing funeral music.
It would be better if use only VOICE...
