Suicide is preferable to having workers compensation minimize the severity of your injury so no treatment for workinjury is administered; How is it in this day and age, that a broken back takes almost 2 years and 28 doctors to diagnose.

You are accused of malingering and doctor shopping, when youare only trying to get properly diagnosed due to severe pain;

Workers Compensation is medical insurance fraud / racketeering, I was subjected to criminal negligence and was severely injured due to, denial of physicians requests for medical care; My complaints to RCMP fraud division, not investigated;

How is it that a comp employee with no medical training can deny physicians requests for specialists appointment, deny physicians request for medical assessment, deny WARNING that sending you back to work is unsafe on medications prescribed for work injury; Falsifying medical information, and blatantly lying to you, and threatening you with loss of comp benefits if you don't follow their direction, even though your physician has objections?

It's been almost 7 years since I suffered a severe work injury, everything and anything has been done to deny medical care, diagnostic tests, operations requested by specialist but denied by comp.
