GT5 Freezing Issues when trying for licences

GT5 keeps freezing when trying for licences. PS3 is unresponsive, needs a hard shutdown. Keep losing lap times and awards for the current license when it happens, so annoying! Anyone else had issues?

i have this problem too,and it freezes when i try to load an online room to joi in,but doesnt freeze on other accounts,only mine

hey mate It is happening to me on every race!! it started only on b spec races but now it happens on a spec the good thing is that aparantly it doesn't happen online I don't know why... I have read about this problem (licences one) is It fixed, isn't it?

same problem.. cant do any races wat so ever.. can only play online wich isnt as fun because i cant get any money to buy new cars!!

mine does the exact same thing and ive had the game for 2days now i cant even play it

They fixed it by an update and raymond never uses a wheel like you do...

I'm now having this problem, bit its not directly after any patch. The only different thing is I plugged a GT wheel in and it happened directly afterwards, but now it freezes with the pad.
