  • I've just started eating Quinoa and I like it better than brown rice. It takes less time to cook too!

  • Holla! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin lost tons of weight with it.

  • Great meal!!! My daughter has introduced me to Quinoa (she adds extra beans -- really good). Re your delivered salmon -- what does the cost per pound come to, and does the info say anywhere, "color added"?

  • @julia86sed Well, that is an interesting question. I eat every 2-3 hours so that definitely helps with cravings. However, fitness needs to be fun so if I am really craving something, for me it is greasy food over sweets, I will reward myself for a good week of workouts and nutrition. I will have what I crave on sunday. What happens however is that most of the time, because I did so well during the week, I end up not wanting it. But end all be all, treat yourself every once in a while
