I dont like this setup as much as with the OEM cat in place. This was a prototype setup. however the racepipe was night and day, the car put down power on the low end where as before you had to be in Vtec.

Check out the one with the cat in, i like that sound better. Ill be putting another resonator in the racepipe to get that 500rpm rice sound out.

  • yeah worst si ever just cause it sounds like shit

  • Read the description. Its an experimental setup.

  • im just saying. i have a resonator/test pipe on the way was looking around with what to expect with sound cause my acccord is pretty deep sounding now not raspy at all and i dont want the test pipe to make it raspy or anything. what you got planned for your si. heard the new ones are pretty quick

  • I make exhaust systems and have over 70 videos up. :) I dont own this civic. I suggest you use a magnaflow resonator in place of your cat. If what ever you get is shiney and looks like jewlery its made in china and wont sound good at all. Magnaflow has a dense packing so it does great in keeping the rasp down.

  • motors trash anyway see all that blue smoke, now me and the mad scientist gotta tear apart the block and replace the piston rings you fried.

  • The smoke you see is from the grease inside the piping. When you bend on a mandrel, you use grease. This was taken 20 min after the system was made so smoke is normal till it burns out.

  • Get the rice out of the Muffler!!!

Shoulda got a Vibrant Cat-back exhaust, they sound really good without the raspy ricer sound.

  • @PizzaNatzi lmfao fast and the furious quote

  • @PizzaNatzi you talking big just bc a piston ring does leak oil and not scrape off the cylinder wall dont mean its fried just about every car over 150,000 miles going to have some sort wear a fried piston ring means no compression is being created to point of fouled spark plugs and rapid loss of oil being burned but thats 250,000 miles or so down the line but nice try im going to assume u dont even know what a valve stem seal is and what it mean to have a bad cam follower

  • @PizzaNatzi part of this comment is from fast and furious one theis line was said by vin diesal
