Urchins: Two guys (Austen and Will) from Lincoln, England who make and play music that they love. It all started last summer when, after playing separately for ages at some of the city's most popular nights, they decided to start working together and BLAM.....Urchins were born. Since then they have remixed people like AC Slater, Foamo and Malente which has given them releases on labels like Palms Out, Chew The Fat and Southern Fried. Pete Tong favourite 'Paper Romance' by Groove Armada's got the Urchins re rub duties to a great response and has since catapulted the guys profile some what. Contributing to PALMS OUT SOUNDS blog, A&R for Palms Out label, A monthly radio show on theHype.fm, a jam packed DJ Diary and heads down in the studio have and will pay off big time for these two masters of all things electronica and loud! 'Drag On' and 'And Then' are two great tracks that stink of high quality production and these guys are not short of awesome ideas and concepts. Remixes come larger than life with High Rankin and His Majesty Andre stepping up and giving each mix a new dimension. High Rankin's remix of 'Drag On' can be stored under utter mind bending filth; whilst His Majesty Andre gives 'And Then' a electric disco shine only he knows best!
