Stuffed naans are a delight to eat, and keema naan is definitely my favourite. All you need is a flat pan and a grill! Recipe at http://titlisbusykitchen.com/archives/keema-naan

  • Hi Titli, Love the sense of humour and the simple recipes. A question about the yeast please, do you dissolve it in warm water and keep it for a few minutes before adding to flour mixture? Thanks

  • @TheDoctorcute Temperature : As hot as your oven will go. Time: 3 to 5 minutes.

  • Do I need to decrease the amount of flour used if I leave the egg out?

  • @cookiesluvkreme No, just use the same amount of flour. You might need to add a little more water though.

  • it's better if you use raw minced meat, its tastier, just mix spices, coriander and onions in the mince meat and make it with that it is much better
