My hearing's not that great, but is it possible that he's saying "where's my signal at"? Maybe there was a temporary problem, like a shortage with an amp or guitar pickup? I'm probably wrong, but it does seem unlikely that a band member about to start up a live studio set would be trying to "light one up" seconds before the beginning of a song?
