David and Goliath || Not How You Heard it in Sunday School

Me speaking to some middle schoolers in Indianopolis about the classic David and Goliath Story. Too many times we try to be like David, just having enough faith to conquer the giant. We miss out on the fact that we are not the star of the story, but rather Jesus is and He is the true david that conquers the bigger giants like satan, sin, death, and evil. We are the scared and frightened Israel that stands off to the side and lets someone fight for them. The amazing thing is that David's victory counts for all of Israel's, and in the same way Jesus' victory on the cross counts for all His people, so we don't have to shy away from the fact we are feeble, weak, and scared because he won regardless.

Man dude this is crazy powerful! I love how you see things how they should be! We should have a relationship with Jesus it isnt a religion! I love the thing you said about the president that we have access to Jesus directly, Sad though how many are lost and need to know him so they as well can experience that!

Brother, God Bless You Really!! I know you are serving God for real.. Cause everything you talk about, is also the same revelations that I do get from God.. I don't believe in RELIGION, Cause RELIGION make you think that we are right, but actually we are not. Reason, I do have a relationship with God, like I do with my mom. No chains and bondage, just knowing that I know that I can fall, but God will lift me up again through His word. Jesus Christ my model. Keep preaching...God Bless You!!

Some people call this a form of child abuse. He is teaching kids myth while pretending it is true. Why not wait until the kids understand the world better before ready the Jewish myths?
