  • It says BOY but the Oscar Grant was a GROWN ADULT A MAN why can't the news get that shit st8 also he was a parolee and shouldn't have been out that night in the first place!

  • Fukin corrupted pigs....

  • @ssn708 - PS. Before his murder, the victim himself took a photograph of the perp. The perp was holding a tazer in his hand. However, prior to committing the crime, the perp re-holstered his tazer in favor or a more deadly weapon. A proven fact, introduced as evidence at trial. You can believe it or not. The jury was fooled. I am not.

  • @ssn708 - I own over two dozen handguns of multiple calibers and configurations. There is no "I'm tasing him" while reaching for, disengaging, unholstering, aiming, and pulling the trigger of a loaded service pistol. Nice try, though. It worked in the courtroom, though...only three years for murder. Caucasian justice in America.

  • Once again I feel I need to clarify my position because it is hard to be all inclusive in 500 characters or less. I do not believe Grant "deserved" to die. I believe that Mehserle was criminally negligent and as such absolutely he deserves prison time. But it is proven fact that Mehserle intended to tase, not shoot Grant. You can believe it or not, there is plenty of evidence to prove he intended to tase and literally none to the contrary. It was a tragic accident which both could have prevented

  • @teardoor You can believe what you like. The facts, the evidence, the experts, the witnesses, the judge, the jury, and just a little common sense prove very clearly that this was NOT a malicious act, it was a dumb ass cop making a dumb ass mistake when trying to apprehend a dumb ass violent career criminal. The majority of the civilians, including Grant's friends, all testified that Mehserle shouted "I'm tasing him", and Grant replied "Don't tase me!". Clearly Mehserle intended to tase.

  • @teardoor Yes, you have freedom of expression, as do I. And yes, you do know it makes a huge difference whether he was handcuffedd or not. If he were handcuffed there would be no reason to even try to tase him, and the whole matter would be a completely different situation. BTW, if you had ANY idea about me you would know I am on the side of citizens over police. I am an advocate of asserting your civil rights against police. But I also will nto abide the lies being spread about this case.

  • @ssn708 so for example... i believe that this was a malicious act!! if this was a once off case in the US then yeah my opinion would be different but police brutality in America is huge! No wonder noone f ing likes the cops!! And bearing in mind civilians had nothing to gain from this so why would the cock up a different story to the police! the police had reason to lie- someones career was on the line!

  • @ssn708 okay dude have you heard of freedom of expression? stop saying "you know it does"... NO i dont!!! you should try this freedom of expression, you know what instead of believing what you hear cos you dont want to believe that the cops are on power trips and the justice system in the US is a joke you listen to both sides of the story and come up with your OWN opinion!!

  • @teardoor Yes, it obviously does make a difference, and you know it. Mehserle intended to tase Grant. If he had been handcuffed, there would have been no reason to so much as tase. But he fought the cops, he resisted arrest, he managed to keep from being cuffed. So yes, it matters a hell of a lot. The "loads" of other officers were busy keeping the dozen or so people encroaching on the scene and refusing orders to stay back at bay. Had he not been resisting, they would have cuffed him. Simple.
