Give a security guard a black Crown-Vic and this is what happens....
I find it very easy to believe the civilians in this video (technically security guards are also just "civilians" since they actually possess no real authority other than telling you "stop, or I'll say stop again").
And yes, the presence of video almost always has an immediate effect on both security guards and real cops. That's why people should really use this effective tool anytime they can :)

Not sure if people who are viewing this video are knowledgeable on window tint laws, but in the State of CA, it is 100% illegal to have any tint on the windows to the left and right of the driver. That police officers cruiser had about 2.5% on his front windows. VERY illegal. The lower the number, the darker the tint. Law Enforcement vehicles are NOT exempt from CA State Window Tint Law.
