hey, i am working in an advertising company and i normally extract a file that includes (e.g. 11/09/2011 Monday 6:15 am) all this are in a cell. Yet daily all i need is just the time 6:15 am that this ads appeared and need to do it in multiple rows. can you please give me an advise on formulas.

=MOD(Cell,1)

Then Number Format as time.
