This was one of the interval sets we did this morning. The movements are intended to be quick. The objective is to use the bag as a guide, but not to necessarily hit it hard. You should visually your subject in front of you, and then switch your hook-hook arm movements to knee in-knee in leg movements. Minimum of 1.5 minutes to really feel the effectiveness of the set.
