They are governed at 135MPH from the factory, atleast my 2004 Type S was. Did you remove the governor or are the 05-06 one's not governed or just have a higher set limit?

@AlucardZero a lot of it is miles. An 03 RSX would have pretty high mileage especially if it is a DD which most are. When I had my DC5 I lost to Si's and beat Si's with similar mods. I never understood the difference but the new Si should be a bit quicker than the RSX on any given scenario with similar mods or stock.
