In professional fighting opponents try to get each other angry. Why? Because an angry fighter is more likely to make mistakes and get himself knocked out.

Anger is a weakness. It is a disease. It will get you hurt. It serves no one.

Only the weak can be risen to anger.

@1971SuperLead Do you know what truely enables self-realization and creates an actual useable intelligence? Do you? It's not learned from a course in college or in any book, it's from experience. I've been to places where your line of thinking would have got me killed. For the spirit, yes hate is bad but hate has a purpose. Hatred does not protect you. In fact, the chances are that it's going to cause you to be attacked.

I'm talking about people who are willing to break into your home, rape and kill your wife and 5-year old daughter while forcing you to watch. @1971SuperLead I don't condone blind hatred or unprovoked violence but your attitude is the type that should never be allowed in world politics. The world is full of people that are born into hatred and will kill you as soon as looking at you. Lets see how much good your love will do for you when their hatred is making them point a gun at your family. There is always a use for every emotion as long as you are not totally blinded by it.
