@jimmlunn the amount of Oxylates in the edible parts are mostly broken down in cooking, but the leaves, which have the highest concentration can be very toxic for that reason. In general the stalks are safe unless consumed in abnormal quantities.
Use rhubarb with causion though....it contains oxylates witch will give you kidneystones if you eat too much of it....but i love rhubarb and here in the north of sweden we use it allmost the whole summer!!!!
GOOD! It should be here too, but people here are still too scared of saturated fat.... I think it's good you use something natural as butter instead of something that looks like plastic on the molecular level :p

All butter puff pastry in "All" markets? I don't thinks so, not in America. Here we use hydrogenated Lard and Vegg oil Xp
