Grip and Forearm Exercises

  • I can't believe you heard that! Yep, that was my knees...Not sure what causes it, but they work fine, they're just loud.

  • Brad, is that your knees creaking when you get up from the squat position? Mine do this too (if it is) but I have had a meniscus tear and am just wondering what is normal and what isn't. Cheers.
