Sent over 100 parcels with parcels2go (dhl) and not had any issues (yet)

Yes, the company is sh*te beyond belief! Just Google "parcel2go rubbish" and you'll find loads of reasons not to use them.

They are fine while everything works, but if DHL decide to pinch your item (as happened to me) they'll make you send so many proofs of purchase and letters from the receiver, lose these and ask you to send them again (I've had them ask me 3 times now for the same thing) and then ignore your e-mails for ages

I've used this company 3 times recently and apart from 1 hiccup (when a package wasn;t labelled by the sender),I found their service very efficient. You may not know,but their stuff goes into the DHL system.
