Can i get my firefox back to the old? or can you find a new firesheep to 8.0.1?? :)

@NeonGen2000 The user agent would have be encrypted. Otherwise I could just sniff it out and use the user agent switcher plugin for firefox to change my user agent to yours. The most secure thing would be to have all the traffic encrypted.

what makes this so special!! this kind of stuff always benn there like wireshark or backtrack, but this is just for a noobish user and is very limited
cinereyes 3 months ago
@cinereyes It isn't that special. The whole point is that it enables such exposure for people with relatively little technical capability.

is this really illegal??
ShadeZeeker 7 months ago
@ShadeZeeker It depends. If you're on my network and I own it, and the ability for me to sniff all traffic on that network is a pre-cursor to you using it...then no, in the UK *sniffing* the traffic isn't illegal. When I then use the sniffed traffic to hijack your session into Facebook or Twitter or the like then it becomes illegal under the computer misuse act.

It doesnt work with facebook!!!!!Only with my google acount!!! Why ?
o1Adrian1o 1 year ago
@o1Adrian1o Facebook now has the option to use SSL all the time - this exploit won't be able to get past that.
