You people need to relax, there's clearly a language barrier here. Her English is fine but not perfect so obviously her choice of words aren't the best. She probably doesn't fully get that her choice of words are hurtful but for everyone to gang up on her is really shameful. Make you even worse because you're knowingly trying to attack someone. Grow up.

I was with you until "If your nose is the wrong shape you can do the right shape. I have the right shape so..." Not only are there no right or wrong shaped noses, but if there were I'm not sure everyone would agree that yours is the standard.
