Sid Meier's Pirates! Ship of the Line vs. Brig of War (Swashbuckler) HD

Improved HD version with lowered sound.

Me fighting a Brig of War Pirate Hunter with a Ship of the Line. I lower/raise sails to compensate for my wider turning radius. Brigs often try to take a speed advantage by Running Into the Wind. This one doesn't have Iron scantlings and 1-2 direct hits of round shots could sink it but I want to loot it and sell the ship. My Ship of the Line is fully upgraded:

Copper plating - tighter turning.
Cotton sails - more speed.
Triple hammocks - 50% more crew.
Iron scantlings - resist more damage.
Chain shot - sail damage shot.
Grape shot - crew damage shot.
Fine grain powder - fire farther.
Bronze cannons - accuracy/cluster fire.

War Canoe: 8, 75, 20, small, very tight, very fast.
Pinnace: 10, 90, 25, small, very tight, very fast.
Mail Runner: 12, 120, 30, small, very tight, very fast.

Sloop: 12, 112, 40, small, tight, fast.
Sloop of War: 16, 150, 50, small, tight, fast.
Royal Sloop: 20, 187, 60, small, tight, fast.

Frigate: 32, 300, 80, large, wide, fast.
Large Frigate: 40, 375, 90, large, wide, fast.
Ship of the Line: 48, 450, 100, large, wide, fast.

Brigantine: 20, 187, 60, medium, medium, medium.
Brig: 24, 225, 70, medium, medium, medium.
Brig of War: 32, 300, 80, medium, medium, medium.

Fast Galleon: 24, 240, 80, large, wide, slow.
War Galleon: 32, 300, 90, large, wide, slow.
Flag Galleon: 40, 375, 100, large, wide, slow.

The rest are merchant type ships that are either slow or very slow and have a wide or very wide turning radius with the exception of barques; these turn tight. Each class of ships also has one or several best points of sailing. Sloops, for example, have the best points of sailing when going Broad Beam Reach or Broad Reach. The frigates share best points of sailing with the sloops except that frigates also sail fast when Running Before the Wind. Pinnace types sail the best when going Broad Beam Reach. The Brigs can go in almost any direction (except Running Before the Wind) but only at medium speed.
