@nimmie54 And the Supreme Court ruled in the Bruschaber (sp?) that the sixteenth amendment "...conferred no NEW power of taxation..." meaning, if the Congress didnt have the power BEFORE the 16th amendment, it didn't get it AFTER the amendment. Besides, find me the law in Title 26 of the Internal Revenue Code and its corresponding Regulations, that states that someone working in the private sector is required to pay a federal "income" tax.
