  • They do bring up inconsistencies from both sides, but often the force with which these inconsistencies are expressed is modulated. Hence my observation that the host said, "blame to go around" instead of saying True, Obama's party did indeed block McCain's party's attempt to reform Fannie and Freddie. And False, that unspecified republican "deregulation" was a contributing factor.

That was a way to diffuse a very damning and truthful argument.

  • fact check checks the facts that the parties bring up. So any bias is based on amount of non-facts that a party brings up.

  • Complete lack of bias is impossible, scientifically speaking. The Dems will get elected on the backs of the economic crisis they actually did more to perpetuate. If I was a conspiracy theorist...

  • Not Biased... for the love of god... wake up.

  • Slightly biased, but pretty good. Skirted Democrat connection to the genesis of the current meltdown with "blame to go around". But about as good as your gonna get in this pundit filled political environment.

  • True

  • I think you need a longer video, there certainly were more "fibs" than the ones mentioned.
