I love the Rolling Stones songs, but I'm pretty sure the Rolling Stones would have made prettier songs if BJ would have not got into drugs and died. I thought that BJ created catchy rhythm and sounds with his variety of instruments he knew how to perform. It's just sad he died so young.

Your right Artful, but the Rolling Stones would agree BJ was talented in using novel instruments like the marimba riffs as in "Under my thumb" which provided the catchy rhythm of the song.

BJ had nothing, zero, nada to do with the song writing. Period. He had no talent for it. If he had, he would have done it. Because that is where the real money is.

right, he was murdered by a guy named Frank Theorogood, whom had already died in 1994... but we all want Jones back :( "Without Brian Jones, there would be no Rolling Stones" - damn right! <3
