When questioned by ABC's Jake Tapper during the daily White House Press briefing, Press Secretary Jay Carney said that the White House does not have an opinion when it comes to the Senate passing a budget.

His remarks follow Ben Bernanke's comments that a Budget is vital to our economy. Those comments come on the heel's of Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid's statement that the Senate will not pass a Budget this year.
